Position Summary
As Iberian Workplace Experience & Facilities Specialist, you will drive workplace excellence across Iberia through data-driven facilities management, workplace technologies, mobility solutions and employee experience initiatives.
A Day in the Life
- Optimize workplace operations and space utilization.
- Manage mobility solutions, carsharing and charging systems.
- Oversee workplace platforms, data quality and user support.
- Coordinate office events and workplace communications.
- Create dashboards and insights to improve performance and costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers across Iberia.
- Challenge current Workplace systems to improve operations and user experience.
What Will Make You Successful
- + 3 years of experience in workplace services, facilities management or operations.
- Strong analytical capabilities with Power BI and Excel.
- Experience with digital platforms and automation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English. (nice to have)
- Ability to work autonomously and drive continuous improvement.
