For our teams in Roermond, we are looking for a Waitstaff Employee, also known as a runner, who ensures the service runs smoothly and supports the team on the floor.

Working as a Waitstaff Employee

As a Waitstaff Employee, you support the service team during shifts. You ensure that food and drinks are served correctly and on time, and that tables are cleared and reset properly. You monitor the pace between kitchen, bar, and service staff and contribute to a tidy and well-organized working environment.

You work closely with colleagues on the floor and in the kitchen. You switch quickly during busy moments and understand how important timing and communication are for excellent service.

Who fits this role

You are energetic, guest-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You maintain overview, work carefully, and are willing to step in wherever needed. Experience in hospitality is welcome, but motivation and commitment are just as important.

You feel comfortable in a team and understand that cooperation is the foundation of strong service.

Education and experience

Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required. You are willing to learn and open to on-the-job guidance. You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.

Job grading and salary

CAO reference function: Waitstaff Employee, pay scale group 3.

Salary and classification in accordance with the Horeca CAO and depending on experience and availability.
