Responsibilities:
Assess and challenge business change requests and new implementations within SAP SuccessFactors and other HR best of breed platforms used by OPmobility.
Advise stakeholders on system capabilities and recommend optimal solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical and integration specifications.
Lead the delivery of projects in cooperation with internal teams and external vendors.
Ensure compliance with architecture, integration, and API standards.
Manage interfaces between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Employee Experience solutions.
Profile:
Master’s degree in information systems, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central (Position Management).
Experience with modules such as Compensation, Recruiting & Onboarding (Performance & Goals is a plus).
Experience with other platforms such as ServiceNow, Qualtrics and Enablon is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Experience in Project Management
Fluent English.
