A 38m performance private sailing yacht is seeking a full-time female Chef to join its world-cruising programme.
The yacht is used primarily by the owning couple, with younger family members joining occasionally. There are five crew aboard the main yacht, increasing to six when the chase boat is in operation.
The owners enjoy fresh Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with Italian and Japanese particular favourites. They eat plenty of fresh fish but no crustaceans or shellfish, limited red meat and no pork.
The yacht is currently in New England and will head to Central America in November, before transiting the Panama Canal in February and continuing a round-the-world itinerary. The programme will include approximately six months in New Zealand from the end of next year for a refit.
Previous sailing yacht experience would be highly advantageous. Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
