Product Specialist
Bannerflow · Stockholm, Sweden
You apply on the site where the job is posted. I never handle applications.
Bannerflow is a fast-growing global SaaS company building a Creative Intelligence Platform that enables enterprise brands to predict, create, and optimize advertising across channels. We're on a company-wide AI transformation journey, where AI and agentic workflows are becoming a core part of how we build and innovate, with high expectations on adoption across all teams. We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our US team and play a key role in how our existing customer base adopts and gets the most value out of Bannerflow.
You'll work in close partnership with our Customer Success Manager (CSM) in the US, acting as the technical backbone of the customer relationship, helping customers succeed with the platform, troubleshooting technical issues hands-on, and ensuring a smooth, scalable support experience across US business hours. Beyond the existing customer base, you'll also lend technical expertise to pre-sales conversations, helping the team win new business. You'll also work in tight dialogue with our teams in Stockholm, representing the voice of US customers in product discussions and helping shape and enable how support scales in this time zone.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine deep technical problem-solving with direct customer impact, and to help build a strong local support foundation from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the US CSM to drive product adoption and value realization across our existing customer base.
- Support pre-sales efforts for new revenue opportunities, providing technical expertise during demos, evaluations, and scoping conversations with prospective customers.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex integration, feed, and implementation issues, troubleshooting hands-on rather than just guiding at a conceptual level.
- Configure and debug account setups, data feeds, HTML-based creative implementations, and API-based integrations directly with customers.
- Deliver in-depth product training and value-focused demos to existing customers.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech at HQ to resolve root causes of recurring technical issues and feed learnings back into the product.
- Help design, document, and roll out first-line support coverage for the US time zone, laying the groundwork for a scalable local support model.
- Represent US customer feedback and technical insights in product discussions with the Stockholm team.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a Product Specialist, Solutions Engineer, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical implementation role.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with HTML/CSS, data feeds, and API-based integrations, comfortable debugging issues independently.
- Deep knowledge of creative tech, digital marketing, or SaaS customer workflows.
- Great communication skills, confident presenting, teaching, and troubleshooting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative, self-starting mindset with the ability to work effectively across time zones with a distributed team.
- Comfortable working in a lean, cross-functional setup where you help build processes, not just follow it.
What we Offer
The opportunity to shape how Bannerflow supports and grows its US customer base, working shoulder to shoulder with our US CSM. It's a role built on collaboration, passion for our customers, and the kind of challenge that keeps things exciting. You'll be part of a supportive team culture that spans time zones, with close ties to our Stockholm HQ.
Sound like you? We'd love for you to join us and be part of the journey.
Note: this role is a direct US hire; not a relocation position.
