Murex Support Analyst

Workplace: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Role:

• Provide daily functional and technical (L1/L2) support to front-office, middle-office, and back-office users, ensuring minimal impact on business operations;
• Manage and follow up incidents from identification through to resolution, in line with ITIL best practices;
• Manage, escalate, and track L3 support tickets with development teams and vendors;
• Actively monitor and prioritize the backlog of fixes and enhancement requests;
• Participate in regular software releases and post-production implementation validations;
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the team's internal knowledge base, promoting continuous learning.

Profile:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in similar roles;
• Solid knowledge of Front-to-Back Foreign Exchange (FX) products and processes;
• Proven experience in SQL querying, particularly within Oracle environments;
• Good knowledge of or hands-on experience with the Murex platform;
• Strong understanding of L1/L2 support processes and the ITIL framework;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to quickly integrate into a complex environment with multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently while maintaining transparency and providing regular updates on activities to the team and business stakeholders;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, the team's working language.
