About the Role
We are looking for a curious, organized, and people-focused university student to join our Talent & Culture team in Copenhagen.
As a Student Worker, Talent & Culture, you will have the opportunity to contribute across several areas of our people agenda, including culture, employee engagement, leadership and performance, and learning. This is a hands-on role where you will help bring Talent & Culture initiatives to life while gaining broad exposure to how a global organization creates an engaging, high-performing employee experience.
You will work closely with colleagues across Talent & Culture and partner with stakeholders in different parts of the organization. While the role is based in our Copenhagen office, you will report directly to our Talent & Culture leader in the US, giving you the opportunity to work in an international and cross-cultural environment.
Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Experience
- Support initiatives that strengthen our culture, values, and employee experience
- Help coordinate culture-related activities, events, and communications
- Contribute to projects that create connection and engagement across teams and locations
- Gather employee feedback and help turn insights into meaningful actions
- Support the development of materials and communications that bring our culture to life
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and follow-up initiatives
- Help coordinate engagement events, campaigns, and internal communications
- Assist with tracking participation, feedback, and key engagement activities
- Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and make it easier for employees to connect, participate, and contribute
Leadership & Performance
- Support Talent & Culture initiatives related to leadership development and performance management
- Help coordinate leadership programs, meetings, workshops, and related materials
- Assist with tracking key activities and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Support the creation and organization of resources for leaders and employees
Learning & Development
- Support the administration and ongoing development of our learning platform
- Help maintain learning content, resources, and platform information
- Support communications and campaigns that encourage employees to engage with learning opportunities
- Help track participation and completion of learning activities
- Contribute to improving the overall employee learning experience
General Talent & Culture Support
- Provide day-to-day support across Talent & Culture projects and initiatives
- Help organize information, prepare presentations, and create engaging materials
- Coordinate meetings, activities, and project follow-ups
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different countries and time zones
- Take ownership of smaller projects and contribute ideas for improving how we work
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Business Process Management or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team member
- Interested in understanding what makes organizations and people successful
- Comfortable working in an international environment and communicating with colleagues across countries and time zones
- Confident using common digital tools and willing to learn new platforms and systems
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written
- Curious and eager to learn
Previous experience in HR, Talent & Culture, student organizations, event planning, communications, project coordination, or similar activities is a plus, but not required*.*
The proposed gross annual/hourly base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is:
DKK180,00-180,00
The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
