A****bout the Team:
Thesuccessful candidate will be joining a 10 personnel-strong, and growing, EMEA Real Estate team which covers public and private REITs and property companies, and open-ended funds. You will be working alongside an existing Senior Director in the team in Stockholm, ensuring mentoring and quick onboarding.
How You’ll Make an Impact:* Working within the pan-European team to provide credit ratings on real estate entities. Everyday events need timely rating re-evaluations.
- Writing rating reports and high-quality research on sectors and geographies (including Nordic)
- Direct liaison with issuers’ executive-level management teams
- Field debt investor enquiries.
- Undertaking external presentations.
You May be a Good Fit if:* You have experience in real estate funding, and/or knowledge of the real estate sector with financial knowledge including a solid understanding of financial statements
- You like blending financial analysis with real estate fundamentals

- Able to meet pre-set deadlines as well as quickly turnaround event-based rating re-evaluations
- Able to undertake occasional travel across Europe to meet issuers’ executive management teams and visit assets
