Position Summary
At Camper, we walk to a different beat, and our data strategy is no exception. We are looking for a BI Engineer to help us build, evolve, and scale our enterprise Data Warehouse. You will play a key role in connecting raw data with strategic decision-making, designing robust data models, and creating intuitive dashboards that empower teams across the company to make data-informed decisions.
Responsibilities.
- Data Architecture & Modeling: Design, build, and maintain scalable data models within our Data Warehouse to power analytics and Data Governance.
- Pipeline Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ELT/ETL) data from diverse source systems (ERP, E-commerce, Marketing platforms), ensuring high data quality and reliability.
- Dashboarding & Visualization: Create functional, high-impact dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Looker Studio, or Power BI to serve both business users and leadership.
- Self-Service & Enablement: Foster a data-driven culture by enabling non-technical stakeholders to perform self-service analytics and conducting ad-hoc deep dives when complex business questions arise.
Requierements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Prior experience with BigQuery.
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI).
- English level B2.
It is valued:

- Knowledge of DataFlow, DBT, Cloud Functions.
- Advanced analytics techniques (inferential statistics)
