We are currently expanding our Global Design Center in Kraków to meet evolving process needs and increasing recruitment demand. The CSS team — the creative team — is seeking Sales Analyst with experience in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary CSP administrator and data steward for Digital & Data.
• Manage CSP momentum booking and opportunity lifecycle (creation, editing, closing).
• Liaise with Finance and Sales Leads to reconcile and maintain accurate financial data.
• Facilitate pipeline reviews with Digital & Data units to ensure quality and completeness.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Support license management and user access control within CSP.
• Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing support to the CSP user community.
• Act as a liaison between CSP users and development team to improve the platform.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and take initiative in implementing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to support data accuracy and platform adoption.
• Take on various growth and sales-oriented initiatives as directed and engage appropriate stakeholders and resources to coordinate and drive a successful outcome;

Here's what you'll need

• Completed higher education at a minimum of bachelor's level.
• Good knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in data visualization and sales analytics.
• Ability to interpret and articulate complex financial and operational data.
• Familiarity with marketing data and automation tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholder groups;
