As a Senior Crew Member, you work alongside the crew on the floor while taking on a little more responsibility. You support other Crew Members, keep an eye on the shift and assist the manager when needed.
What will you do?
- Help guests and prepare orders
- Support and guide Crew Members
- Keep an overview during busy shifts
- Maintain quality, speed and hygiene standards
- Complete preparation tasks and refill stock
- Identify and report any issues
- Step in wherever needed
Who are we looking for?
You have some hospitality experience, take responsibility and lead by example. You are positive, reliable, flexible and stay calm when things get busy.
