• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for complex software applications, including mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
• Automate testing processes using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, Bash (Unix shell), and C#.
• Conduct functional testing, system testing, performance testing (using LoadRunner), and regression testing to identify bugs and ensure software stability.
• Perform API testing with REST and SOAP web services; validate data integrity using SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, and DB2 databases.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes of issues; collaborate with development teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps (formerly TFS), and Maven to streamline deployment cycles.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test scripts, defect reports using tools like Jira and HP ALM; track progress throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing testing processes; implement best practices in DevOps environments.
• Provide technical support during system integration phases; assist in troubleshooting software issues across various operating systems including Windows and Linux.
