Join our Transaction Support team and work on acquisitions, divestments, and strategic projects across Siemens worldwide. Combining financial due diligence, valuation, and accounting expertise, we support senior decision-makers throughout the transaction lifecycle.

You’ll make an impact by:* Taking a leading role in smaller global buy- and sell-side M&A projects and acting as a key contributor on larger transactions in close collaboration with Corporate M&A and business teams
- Performing financial due diligence procedures, valuations, financial analyses, and accounting assessments, while helping formulate key messages for negotiation teams and senior management
- Supporting the preparation and analysis of special purpose financial statements where required
- Acting as a key point of contact for the financial workstream throughout transaction processes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across Siemens worldwide, including Corporate M&A, Legal, Accounting & Controlling, and management teams
- Contributing to digitalization initiatives and helping to further enhance our analytical capabilities, processes, and tools
- Supporting other strategic and finance-related projects as opportunities arise
- Business travel is limited (<10%) Your toolkit for success.* Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience & Skills:

- Several years of professional experience in a Transaction Advisory, Deals, Corporate Finance, Valuation, or Financial Due Diligence practice at a leading advisory firm (Big Four or comparable)
- Experience in M&A transactions with exposure to financial due diligence, valuation, business plan modelling, or business/performance/project controlling
- Familiarity with M&A documentation and purchase agreements (SPAs) is beneficial
- Combining strong analytical capabilities with sound business judgement and a genuine interest in M&A and corporate finance
- Solid knowledge of IFRS; a CPA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or similar professional qualification is advantageous
- Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or similar analytical tools is beneficial
- Several years of professional experience in a Transaction Advisory, Deals, Corporate Finance, Valuation, or Financial Due Diligence practice at a leading advisory firm (Big Four or comparable)
