What do you contribute?
- You contribute to the digital transformation of our project execution and business administration processes by understanding existing workflows, identifying optimization potential, and developing practical improvement ideas.
- You work closely with Project Managers, Commercial Project Managers, and leadership functions to analyze how project information, cost controlling, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes can become more digital, automated, and data driven.
- In addition, you support the transition from Excel-based controlling towards dashboard-based management reporting, for example by helping to structure project cost data and develop Power BI-based transparency solutions.
- You identify and prototype automation use cases, such as more efficient data flows between SAP and existing Excel/MIKA reporting structures, using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, LLMs, SAP, Excel, and Microsoft 365 applications depending on the specific use case.
- Moreover, you explore how AI and digital tools can help our teams reduce manual effort, improve data quality, accelerate information flows, and create better transparency for management decision-making.
What do you bring along?
- You are currently studying business informatics, computer science, business administration, industrial engineering, data analytics, or a comparable field and are available for approx. 16-20 hours per week.
- You have first practical experience with data analysis, dashboarding, reporting, or automation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 applications, SAP, SQL, or comparable solutions.
- Initial experience with low-code platforms, databases, structured data exchange, large language models, or AI-based productivity tools is an advantage.
- You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset and are motivated to develop practical solutions that reduce manual effort, improve transparency, and create measurable value for users.
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.

Attractive conditions
With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with about 15€ per hour and from the 7th month on about 19€.
