Global Warehouse Process Manager - ECCO HQ, Bredebro

At ECCO, we are transforming our warehousing operations from an operational necessity into a strategic capability. We are therefore looking for an experienced and dedicated logistics professional to shape and elevate our global warehousing capabilities. This role plays a key part in that transformation, contributing directly to the development of our global distribution network.

Build a smarter setup aligned with strategic logistics focus

ECCO operates around 35 mostly outsourced warehouses globally. As part of our newly established Global Distribution Network team, you will help strengthen warehouse excellence across our network through process optimisation, standardisation and continuous improvement.

As our new Warehouse Process Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across logistics, finance and operations to define and improve warehouse processes globally. Together with our Logistics Performance Manager, you will form the foundation of ECCO's Global Warehouse Center of Excellence, driving best practices, benchmarking and operational improvements across both insourced and outsourced warehouses.

Beyond process optimisation, you will contribute to managing relationships with our 3PL partners, support tendering and contract activities, and lead logistics projects that deliver measurable business impact.

Within your first 12 months, success will look like this:

  • Developing and documenting standardised end-to-end warehouse processes across our global network, supported by a common process
  • mapping.
  • Creating a robust warehouse performance framework with KPIs, benchmarks and assessment tools that enable us to measure operational maturity, process efficiency and performance across all warehouse locations.
  • Creating a 3-year roadmap for warehouse process improvement activities globally.
  • Developing ECCO’s global standard for warehouse tendering, covering operational requirements, reporting expectations, KPI governance and supplier evaluation criteria to support future partner selection and network decisions.
  • Building an archive containing all our contracts with 3PL providers globally.
  • Establishing good relations with our internal warehouse managers and our 3PL partners globally.

Expect a role that blends structure with creativity, and analysis with collaboration. You'll be part of a global organisation that values curiosity, craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

We know that work-life balance matters. While this role is based at our HQ in Bredebro, some flexibility can be agreed, and you should expect up to 4 weeks of travel annually.

You are a strategic thinker with a logistics mindset

To succeed in this role, you likely have a background in warehousing, logistics or supply chain, combined with strong analytical capabilities and a structured mindset.

We imagine you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience within warehousing, logistics, supply chain or distribution operations.
  • Experience driving process optimisation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives in complex organisations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Analytical capabilities combined with proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, BI tools, Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.
  • A relevant degree and professional proficiency in English.

You turn data into insights, thrive in project-based environments and are comfortable influencing stakeholders without direct authority. You combine a structured, analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach and enjoy driving improvements that create measurable business value.

We know that not every candidate will tick every box, and that's okay. If you're excited about the role and believe you can contribute, we encourage you to apply.
