It is Monday evening; the club is very busy; there are 5 people at the counter asking about their membership and there are weights scattered all over the gym. At that moment, another member arrives asking if you can help to open their locker. How would you solve this challenge?

Your future

• You welcome and greet members and ensure they feel home. Your Enthusiasm and willingness to connect ensure our members keep coming back;
• You give tours to potential members and ensure that they see themselves reaching their fitness goals in your gym;
• You ensure that new members are correctly registered, and you provide them with the correct information and an access tag;
• You inform potential members about our subscription models and answer all their questions to their needs and within best of your ability;
• You have an eye for detail and ensure that the club always looks clean and tidy;
• You give our members an unforgettable hospitality experience!;
• Optional: after completing our Academy, you will teach group classes.
