We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager / Lead who will drive the selection and implementation of our new electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and support AOP Health's digital transformation journey. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, you will lead strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, compliance and collaboration across the organization. What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Lead the selection and implementation of a new eQMS platform
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risks
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Quality, IT and business functions
  • Drive governance, decision-making and project execution
  • Oversee validation, training, data migration and user adoption activities
  • Ensure successful project delivery and operational handover
  • Identify further digital transformation opportunities across the organization
  • Translate business requirements into sustainable digital solutions
  • Support change management and digital adoption initiatives

Your Qualifications And Experience

  • University degree in Life Sciences, IT, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, consulting or business partnering
  • Proven track record delivering complex digital implementation projects
  • Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or medical devices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of GxP and computer system validation is an advantage
  • Experience with eQMS solutions such as Veeva, MasterControl or TrackWise is a plus
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluent in English
