About the role
This is an impactful supporting role in the commercial organization, helping to strengthen Revenue Management discipline across the Nordics. Working as part of the Commercial Excellence function, you will support analysis , drive reporting through to insight generation , and NRM business case preparation across the NRM agenda. You will be part of the Nordics NRM team, contributing to the delivery of pricing, pack price architecture, mix, promotions and trade investment initiatives across the 4 Nordic countries.
The underlying goal is to help unlock incremental sales and profit while winning in market with our brands. This role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset, strong curiosity, and an eagerness to Learn. This role offers a strong foundation in NRM, with exposure to all 5 pillars of NRM as well as cross-functional collaboration across the Nordics.
There are 2 key functions of the role :
- Support delivery of NRM reporting, tracking and analysis across the 5 NRM pillars (pricing, PPA, mix, promotions and trade investment ) .
- Provide analytical and project support to the NRM team, helping improve reporting routines, business case preparation, systems, processes and NRM capability across the 4 Nordic countries. Role Responsibilities
Supporting Nordics Net Sales & Profit delivery across all 5 NRM pillars through reporting, analysis, tracking and business case support:
1. Brand portfolio pricing

Support pricing analysis across the 4 markets, bringing together data on competitive environment, COGs and GM% to inform recommendations.

Track and report PVM dynamics for key BMCs, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities for discussion with the NRM team and local markets.

Support monitoring of local price positioning versus Global Pricing guidelines and help identify where further review may be needed.

Monitor implementation progress, competitor activity and results, supporting annual MAP planning reviews with clear reporting and analysis. 2. Pack Price Architecture

Support development of price pack architecture analysis per market and channel, aligned to brand strategy and global price maps .

Support Marketing and NRM colleagues with price recommendations for NPIs, including business case preparation for market PPAs and Geo-Expansions. 3. Promotional effectiveness

Assist with promotion evaluation processes by collecting data, preparing analysis and summarising learnings on market impact and ROI.

Support governance rhythms with Sales teams by preparing materials that track promotion ROI . 4. Active mix management

Support markets with analysis to identify opportunities to boost profitable SKUs as reflected in PPA.

Support SKU rationalization processes by preparing data inputs and coordinating analysis with Nordics Marketing, Sales, Finance and QSC teams. 5. Trade Investment management

Support reporting on CGF segmentation and investment planning progress across the 4 Nordic markets.

Help identify G2N inefficiencies through data analysis and support markets with materials to evaluate investment redeployment opportunities.

Support analysis on structural TS optimization, including reporting on conditionality, and KPI delivery vs targets . Why you?
Essential Qualifications:

Fluent English

Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across matrix teams

2 + years’ experience in Sales, Commercial, Category, Finance or related business roles

Good commercial understanding, with a desire to build deeper NRM capability

Growth mindset, curiosity, resilience and eagerness to learn

E xperience of working hybrid/matrix teams

Comfortable working with data , with a strong attention to detail
