As a Account Sourcing Manager, you will drive strategic procurement excellence for a major client account, developing and executing both short-term and long-term procurement strategies that deliver measurable value. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, requiring you to manage supplier relationships, achieve targets, and lead cross-functional teams to optimise procurement outcomes. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients, leveraging deep industry expertise and innovative thinking to identify value creation opportunities beyond traditional cost savings, while building and maintaining best-in-class supplier relationship management programs that drive continuous improvement and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy – you will own, develop and deliver a procurement strategy, both for the upcoming 12-months as well as a rolling 5-year long term objectives
Delivery – you will be responsible for achieving key targets such as savings, Preferred Supplier List (PSL) consolidation, compliance, diversity and sustainability
Commercial impact – beyond savings, you will need to identify and communicate all value creation – both for the client and JLL. Excellent budget management, financial impact of KPIs, cost modelling and value reporting is required
Supply chain management – maintenance of a best-in-class Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programme is key to extract maximum value through our suppliers. This should be data led, with a goal of continuous improvement
Leadership – you will be part of the senior leadership team on account. Effective stakeholder management, internal and client facing is a must. Where managing a team, identifying and developing talent into JLL’s future leaders is also key
Communication – capable of telling a story, influencing your stakeholders and taking people on a journey. Leverage data to inform all your decision making and comfortable with challenging conversations. You will also be required to report on performance
Industry expertise – not just in procurement and CRE services, but in the industry sector your client operates within – consideration of economic outlook, key industry specific developments and the regulatory environment will be critical to your success
Innovation – be aware of innovations across the market, understanding industry trends and forecast direction of travel for CRE and your sector. Leverage the supply chain to propose and deliver suitable innovations across technology, service, experience and sustainability
Required Experience & Qualifications
Strong and proven procurement experience
IFM knowledge or experience
2+ years of CFM procurement experience
Degree or similar qualification
