Your role
Pomac Pumps in Tolbert develops and manufactures hygienic stainless-steel pumps. Our pumps are used worldwide in the food industry, beverage industry, chemical industry, and pharmaceutical sector. Due to the growth of our organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic: As an Administrative Assistant at Pomac BV, you ensure that all incoming goods are registered correctly and that outgoing goods are shipped on time. Administrative tasks do not deter you, and thanks to your accurate coordination with both internal colleagues and external transport companies, our pumps and components always reach our customers on schedule.
What will you do?
- Register incoming goods upon receipt
- Prepare customer orders for shipment on a daily basis
- Arrange transportation and complete import/export customs documentation

- Minimum MBO (secondary vocational education) level or equivalent through experience
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
- Experience working with an ERP system (Ridder IQ is an advantage)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Planning and organizational skills
