As Senior Order Operations Specialist, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our internal processes and make an impact on all B2B EMEA markets. In this role you will help ensure our customers are having seamless experience from order to delivery of their Tesla, and you will overall contribute to smooth local operations, as well as Tesla growth in EMEA.
Senior Order Operations Specialist role is Amsterdam HQ based and it involves various back-end operations related to B2B orders, configurations, fulfillment experience and sales program implementation directly supporting the unique aspects of sales which is crucial in fast-growing B2B sector where operations must balance rapid innovation, customer adoption, and sustainability goals.
This role also demands an interest in B2B topics that are beyond order management, accompanied by passion and eagerness to implement an integrated fleet electrification product that directly supports Tesla’s vision.
What You'll Do* Handle the full lifecycle of Enterprise orders, including creation, modification, and cancellation, while ensuring seamless back-end operations for various EMEA markets and continuously seek out ways to optimize and streamline operational processes, ensuring higher levels of efficiency and accuracy in daily operations
- Lead the implementation of B2B sales programs (automation) and maintain strict compliance with regulatory and policy-driven requirements associated with B2B sales programs, minimizing operational risks.
- Analyze order data and generate reports to identify inefficiencies, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
- Regularly educate local teams on data, systems and processes which will directly affect the order accuracy
- Accommodate ad-hoc Enterprise requests
- Verification and approval of new B2B accounts
- Accounts onboarding to Tesla for Business (T4B) and allocation of B2B vouchers
What You'll Bring* Prior experience in operations, sales, finance and fleet management
- Attention to detail under tight deadlines and ability to quickly adapt to new technology, processes and systems
- Strong team player that is thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail, and having problem-solving mindset with a commitment on operational efficiency
- Ability to manage a high volume repetitive workload in a fast paced environment by having excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability to business demands – willingness to work a flexible work schedule including limited weekend hours at the end of every quarter according to business requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel basic skills and having formulas knowledge (VLOOKUP; INDEX; MATCH; Pivot tables; etc.)
- Language skills; fluent spoken and written English
