AI Delivery Manager

We’re looking for AI Delivery Manager to join our team and help us find practical, workable solutions to real problems. You’ll help our clients understand how AI can actually be useful for their business. If you’re comfortable with the technical side of AI and can explain things to non-technical people without confusing them, you could be a great fit.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Solution Lead, or similar, with a focus on AI solutions
• A good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts (e.g., LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, automation use cases) and the ability to apply them in business and process contexts
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI‑assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches, acquired through direct practical use
• Strong understanding of technology platforms and systems integration
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

• Be part of high‑level client discussions, consult them on practical AI matters, and assist with turning their plans into reality
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across disparate business and technology domains
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, drawing on hands-on technical experience to ensure successful, production-ready deployments
• Advise teams on which certifications to pursue for different challenges, identify and introduce AI tools that optimize day‑to‑day employee workflows, and show how these tools can improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across business functions
• Keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape - evaluate emerging tools, methodologies, and educational technologies, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into the practice
