About the Role
Do you love Krakow and enjoy sharing its history, culture, and hidden gems?
Guydeez is looking for a French-speaking Guest Experience Host based in Krakow to accompany small groups of visitors during personalized city experiences.
You’ll interact with French-speaking guests, help them explore Krakow, and share your knowledge of the city’s culture, history, landmarks, neighborhoods, and local lifestyle in a friendly and welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do
- Accompany small groups during personalized city experiences lasting approximately 3–8 hours
- Share engaging insights about Krakow’s landmarks, history, culture, and daily life
- Adapt each experience to guests’ interests, preferences, and pace
- Recommend local attractions, restaurants, viewpoints, and cultural experiences
- Create a welcoming, enjoyable, and memorable experience for guests
- Optionally participate in food-focused or gastronomy experiences
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently living in Krakow or very familiar with the city
- Fluent in French — this is required
- Strong knowledge of Krakow’s history, culture, neighborhoods, and attractions
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident when communicating with visitors
- Comfortable walking and spending several hours with small groups
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or similar roles is a plus but not required
- Passion for local cuisine and gastronomy is a plus
