ABOUT THIS ROLE
Join Ria Money Transfer as a Payment Product Operations Specialist and become part of a global team supporting our network of payout and sending partners worldwide. In this role, you will contribute to partner operations, product administration, investigations, and process improvements while working closely with international stakeholders across different regions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support existing partners by resolving operational and administrative issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update partner network information and operational data within internal systems.
- Monitor and update currency-related information and support payment product operations.
- Conduct investigations related to business processes, banking operations, and partner activities.
- Coordinate meetings and process-mapping sessions with international partners in English.
- Ensure partner products and services are configured according to company procedures and operational standards.
- Collaborate with global teams and external partners to improve processes and deliver a seamless customer experience.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, payment operations, banking, money transfer, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, business investigations, and banking concepts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
