Want to gain hands-on marketing experience in an international SaaS company where AI, technology, and creativity come together?
As our Marketing Student Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our marketing engine running. You'll help manage our global website, and support and optimise our performance and data insights. This isn't a role where you'll just observe, you'll own recurring marketing operations while contributing ideas, improving processes, and collaborating with marketers, designers, product managers, and sales teams across Europe and the US.

The team you’ll be a part of
You'll join our global Marketing team based in Copenhagen & Valencia, working alongside specialists across content, digital marketing, brand & product marketing.
We act as the central hub for global marketing, supporting teams across Europe and the US. Together, we're building a modern, data-driven marketing organisation where experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
As our student assistant, you'll become an integrated member of the team not just supporting projects but helping deliver them.
What you'll do:
Help shape our digital experience:
- Manage and update the LanguageWire website in Umbraco
- Publish new content and maintain existing pages
- Coordinate localisation workflows and multilingual content approvals
- Test new website functionality and support continuous improvements
Bring clarity through performance analytics:
- Maintain data & performance analytics
- Ensure data cleaning and quality on a continuous basis
- Help translate data into clear insights the team can act on
- Develop and support reporting presentations, templates and reporting formats used across the marketing team
Support continuos improvements:
- Update, coordinate and structure our marketing project board continuously
- Support ad hoc marketing requests from stakeholders across the business
- Contribute ideas that make our marketing more effective

- You confidently manage recurring website and content tasks with minimal supervision.
- Our marketing reports are accurate, timely, and ready to be used in different reporting formats
- The marketing project board is a reliable source of truth everyone trusts
- You've introduced smarter ways of working that save time and improve quality.
- You're seen as a trusted member of the Marketing team who takes ownership and gets things done.
Desired experience and competencies What you’ll need to bring
- You're currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- You're an excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.
- You're very structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things organised.
- You're comfortable learning new digital tools and systems.
- You like working both independently and collaboratively.
- You're curious, proactive, and excited to learn.
This will make you stand out
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with CMS platforms (especially Umbraco)
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
- Interest in SEO, digital marketing, or website optimisation
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar in your studies or projects
- Interest in B2B SaaS or technology companies
