AI Enablement Manager (m/f/d)
In Austria - Vienna
Simon-Kucher is building up a central Data & AI function to enable employees with AI solutions and develop central AI use cases that help our people work smarter and better.
In this role, you will drive selected AI adoption and enablement initiatives across the organization, translating new AI capabilities into practical workflows, communications, training, and community activities that employees understand and use in their day-to-day work.
You will work closely with AI Product Managers, Learning & Skills Development, and other internal teams to understand user needs, test new capabilities, activate our global AI Champions Network, and use adoption data and feedback to continuously improve our enablement approach.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong execution and stakeholder management with practical AI fluency and is comfortable taking ownership of initiatives from initial concept through rollout, adoption, and measurement.
What makes us special:
- Advance your career with exciting professional opportunities in our thriving company with a startup feel.
- Voice your unique ideas in a corporate culture defined by openness and integrity.
- Feel at home working with our helpful, enthusiastic colleagues who have great team spirit.
- Broaden your perspective with our extensive training curriculum and learning programs (e.g. LinkedIn Learning).
- Speak your mind in our holistic feedback and development processes (e.g. 360-degree feedback).
- Satisfy your need for adventure with our opportunities to live and work abroad in one of our many international offices
- Enjoy our benefits, such as hybrid working, corporate discounts, and wellbeing support (e.g. Headspace).
- Unwind in our break areas where you can help yourself to the healthy snacks and beverages provided.
- See another side of your coworkers at our frequent employee events and highly anticipated World Meeting and Holiday Party.
How you will create an impact:
- Communications: Translate AI initiatives into clear, relevant messaging for different audiences and drive adoption communications across channels, including announcements, FAQs, presentations, infographics, and other enablement materials
- AI feature testing: Run selected pilots and user tests for new AI tools and workflows, identify usability and adoption barriers, and translate feedback into actionable recommendations for product and enablement teams
- AI training & enablement: Develop practical enablement concepts and materials, including workflow guidance, reusable prompts, demos, and training formats, and work with Learning & Skills Development to improve adoption over time
- Monitoring & insights: Track and analyze adoption, engagement, training, and impact metrics, identify patterns and gaps, and turn findings into concrete enablement recommendations
- Reporting: Prepare clear, decision-oriented reports and presentations that combine quantitative data with qualitative feedback and highlight relevant actions for senior stakeholders
- AI Champions Network: Drive selected parts of the global AI Champions Network, including community engagement, recurring formats, content, follow-up, and network health, while strengthening Champions as local multipliers and feedback channels
- Cross-functional execution: Coordinate stakeholders across Data & AI and other internal teams, create structure in ambiguous situations, and move initiatives from idea to practical implementation
Your profile:
- You bring 3+ years of relevant experience in internal communications, change management, training coordination, project or programme coordination, PMO, or a related field.
- You hold an excellent university degree, ideally in communications, business, psychology, HR, marketing, or a related discipline.
- You have experience working in consulting, corporate functions, or another fast-paced, multicultural environment. Experience with AI, digital transformation, Knowledge Management, or technology-enabled change initiatives is a strong plus.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills; additional European languages are an advantage.
- You are highly organized, pragmatic, and hands-on, and feel comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time.
- You are comfortable working with data and metrics, including usage data, survey results, training participation, and adoption indicators, and can translate them into meaningful insights.
- You are confident using digital collaboration tools, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with intranet platforms, MS Teams, and SharePoint, including creating and updating simple SharePoint microsites, is a plus.
- You are a confident user of ChatGPT or other AI-supported writing and analysis tools and know how to apply them responsibly in your day-to-day work.
- You may already be the “go-to” person for practical AI questions, such as effective prompting, creating structured prompts, or building simple AI assistants, custom GPTs, or similar solutions.
- You ideally bring experience with a broader range of AI, automation, UX, or survey tools, such as Claude, Synthesia, Copilot, HubSpot, or Wispr.
We offer an annual gross salary starting at EUR 75,000 (plus an attractive bonus), depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
