We are looking for an AI Vibe Coder who will build and maintain a custom internal operating system for our Acquisition team.

You will also identify repetitive work that should no longer be done manually and use AI, automation and code to eliminate it.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a custom internal operating system for the Acquisition team.
• Bring together data, dashboards, project management and key workflows into one connected environment.
• Replace fragmented spreadsheets, tools and manual processes with purpose-built internal solutions.
• Build dashboards and interfaces that make important Acquisition information easy to understand and act on.
• Identify repetitive manual workflows and automate them using AI, APIs and automation tools.
• Build integrations between the platforms and data sources used by the Acquisition team.
• Rapidly prototype new tools and workflows based on problems identified by the team.
• Own ongoing maintenance, reliability and improvement so internal tools continue working as systems and APIs change.
• Work directly with Acquisition stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into practical software.
• Continuously identify opportunities where AI can save time, improve decision-making or increase team leverage.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to rapidly build internal tools, applications or automations using AI-assisted development.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern AI coding tools and LLMs.
• Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Supabase, n8n, Make, Zapier.
• Work 6 days/week.
• Work 10 hours/day.
• Read 2 books/month.
