About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to start on November 1st, with a passion for e-commerce and customer service. In this role, you work for two or more clients, supporting their customer service and temporarily becoming part of their team. This position gives you the opportunity to work closely with a client, making your work both personal and impactful.

In this role, you are primarily responsible for answering customer questions through various channels. Communication takes place via email, chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and phone. In addition, you are responsible for handling processes that arise from new orders, such as returns, payment issues and logistical matters.

What you do every day:

• You help our clients’ customers every day via email, chat, WhatsApp, social media and phone;
• You solve all kinds of challenges related to e-commerce and logistics;
• You ensure that returns are processed smoothly;
• You contribute ideas on how we can make our processes even smarter, faster and more customer-friendly;
• You keep the FAQs and macros up to date for our client;
• You come up with and implement creative solutions to ensure that customers feel completely taken care of;
• You work on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:30.

This is who you are

• You have a passion for Customer Service and/or hospitality;
• You are available 40 hours per week;
• You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service;
• You have no problem multitasking;
• You actively contribute to a positive and safe working environment where everyone can be themselves;
• You enjoy learning new things and are open to developing yourself on a weekly basis;
• You speak fluent French, English and Dutch;
• You are a real self-starter who likes to take the lead and can work well independently;
• Do you live near Amsterdam? Perfect!
