We are currently expanding our Global Design Center in Kraków to meet evolving process needs and increasing recruitment demand. The CSS team — the creative team — is seeking talented and experienced Inside Sales Coordinator who want to co‑create Proposal Team and cooperate with European or US region.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing support to proposals, senior proposal management staff and, as your capabilities grow, lead the final stage coordination of preparing small to medium proposals.
- Coordinating directions during final stage to graphic designers, publishing technicians, editors, and other support staff, as well as partners and subconsultants.
- Writing, editing, and performing research for non-technical proposal sections.
- Coordinating and/or managing production of response documents, monitor and hold self and team to proposal directive schedule,
- Monitoring client websites for information and addenda.
- Scheduling, leading, or participating in kick-off meetings and other milestone meetings, as appropriate.
- Developing new or update existing sales qualification materials.
- Learning and actively following sales procedures, policies, protocols, and best practices, including standard file management and archiving procedures, as well as branding guidelines.
- Updating information in Jacob’s Client Success Platform (CSP) and business development-related tools and databases.
- Evaluating and resolving problems by applying appropriate solutions and seeking leadership guidance as necessary.
- Developing an understanding of business objectives, priorities, and sales strategies, especially as they relate to the proposal process, Develop knowledge of company markets, partner/ competitor/subconsultant firms, clients, and industry trends.
- Building working relationships with Operations, other staff, Selling Units, and Sales Enablement teams both locally and across the network.
- Participating in in-house business development activities as appropriate;

Here's what you'll need
- Minimum BS/BA in journalism, English, communications, management or similar.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables.
- Proposal experience in the engineering, architecture, constructions etc. will be additional advantage.
- Strong organizational qualities and attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong English verbal, writing, editing and proofreading skills, with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (mandatory).
- Adobe Creative Suite including In-Design will be additional advantage.
- Experienced in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
