The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for the execution of all day-to-day logistics operations for their assigned accounts. This includes ensuring precise stock management, maintaining accurate documentation, and serving as the main operational point of contact with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and the OMC. The role requires active support of the account team through the preparation of quotations and demands a high degree of autonomy, expertise, and problem-solving skills within logistics operations.

This is a demanding position within a fast-paced environment that calls for an individual who is committed, highly organized, and team-oriented. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. Success in this role depends on being process-driven, an effective problem solver, and always maintaining a solution-focused mindset.### Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination, Systems & Inventory Management* Manage end-to-end global logistics, fulfilment, inventory, and order processing through 3PL partners.

  • Ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.
  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, and logistics exceptions proactively.
  • Maintain accurate logistics documentation, reporting, and system data integrity.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory movements, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Validate order data and identify risks relating to stock availability and logistics constraints.

Quotations & Commercial Support* Provide logistics data, pricing, and quotations to support account teams.

  • Liaise with 3PL partners on transport options, lead times, and costs.
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, practical, and commercially viable.

3PL & OMC Partner Management* Act as the main contact for designated 3PL partners.

  • Manage daily communications, issue resolution, and service performance.
  • Coordinate with OMC teams on order queries and proof of delivery (POD) requests.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives with external partners.

Process Improvement & Operational Support* Identify and recommend improvements to logistics processes and workflows.

  • Provide operational insights and support to the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
  • Attend client meetings where required.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of global shipping, warehousing, customs duties, and logistics documentation.
  • Experience working with 3PL partners and logistics providers.
  • Experience managing stock and inventory within business systems.
  • Ability to manage shipments independently and resolve operational issues.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultures and global teams.
  • Experience supporting commercial, account management, or customer-facing teams.
