Trapets is on a growth journey in our mission to help businesses with the technology and knowledge needed to fight financial crime. We are now looking for a Commersial Operations Manager to join our Stockholm team.
Trapets is a market leader in providing cutting-edge RegTech SaaS solutions for the financial industry to prevent financial crime and to assure regulatory compliance. Trapets’ services simplify advanced monitoring of customers’ daily operations – from initial and ongoing customer screening to detecting money laundering, terror financing and fraud. Trapets also provides services for trading surveillance including detection of insider trading and market manipulation.
About the Role at Trapets
As Commersial Operations Manager, you will own the systems, data and processes behind our commercial operations, from first lead to signed contract and invoice, with Salesforce at the core. Reporting to the CMO, you will work across Marketing, Sales, Product and Finance to help our teams scale through better systems and automation. This is a hands-on, technical role and you will configure Salesforce, connect systems and build AI agents and workflows that remove manual work.
We are looking for a practical problem-solver who brings ideas and knows how to implement them. You enjoy understanding what teams need, turning it into working solutions and making sure those solutions are used.
Role Responsibilities
Salesforce and Commercial Systems
Own Salesforce configuration and administration, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules and permissions. Keep it a reliable source of commercial data and deliver new capabilities that teams adopt. Manage the surrounding commercial tools, including enrichment, BI and AI platforms, and build integrations that keep data flowing reliably between systems.
Set up, build and send email campaigns from our Salesforce-integrated marketing automation platform, and support the marketing team with segmentation, templates, tracking and data flows into Salesforce
Lead-to-Cash Processes
Design and improve the journey from lead routing and scoring through handovers, opportunity management and closing. Work with Finance to connect contracts and invoicing, and create practical playbooks and guides that help teams work consistently.
AI Implementation and Adoption
Identify opportunities for automation and build, deploy and maintain AI agents, workflows and integrations. Applications include lead enrichment, account research, data quality, meeting preparation and reporting. Train and support teams to make these solutions part of their daily work, and improve them based on usage and feedback.
Data, Reporting and Improvement
Own commercial dashboards and reporting, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and accessible across the funnel. Identify bottlenecks and pipeline leakage, recommend improvements to leadership and turn agreed priorities into system and process changes.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- At least five years of experience in revenue operations, sales or marketing operations, or Salesforce administration within B2B.
- A proven track record of owning commercial systems and processes from design and implementation through to adoption.
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce administration skills, including flows, validation rules, reporting and permissions. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Advanced, practical experience building and implementing AI agents, automated workflows and integrations for commercial teams.
- Confidence working with APIs, scripting and automation platforms to connect systems and deliver working solutions.
- A strong understanding of complex B2B sales and the full lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- The ability to translate commercial needs into scalable systems and processes, manage several initiatives and drive adoption across teams.
Experience with data enrichment, intent or ABM platforms, BI tools, and CRM-connected contract and invoicing processes is an advantage.
