At TotalEnergies EP Danmark, we are looking for a Well Integrity & Wellhead Maintenance Engineer to join our Drilling & Wells team in Esbjerg. You will take responsibility for the integrity of a portfolio of offshore wells, safeguard critical well barriers, manage integrity risks, and help plan and deliver wellhead maintenance activities that keep operations safe, compliant, and efficient.

Activités
*Key Responsibilities**Safety & Planning Lead health, safety, and environment performance, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure risks are reduced to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
- Provide well integrity input to asset plans and coordinate resources, documentation, wellhead maintenance, inflow testing, and integrity reviews through the Integrated Operations Plan. Well Integrity & Execution* Manage the assigned well portfolio in the Well Integrity Management System, keeping well status, barriers, schematics, and risk information accurate and up to date.
- Review well barriers and pressure performance, investigate anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee well integrity, barrier restoration, and wellhead maintenance work in line with regulations, industry standards, company rules, and procedures. Performance & Remediation* Report well integrity status and trends, identify emerging risks, and prioritise mitigation and remediation activities.
- Develop and support intervention, repair, and wellhead maintenance plans, using performance insights and lessons learned to continuously improve delivery. Total Rewards Package As part of our commitment to fair and transparent remuneration practices, the base salary range for this position is DKK 661,500 - DKK 882,000annually, reflecting the expected level and scope of the role.
In addition to the base salary, we offer an annual performance-based bonus, pension contribution, employee share ownership program participation, wellbeing and insurance benefits, flexible working practices, training and development opportunities. The final salary offer will be determined based on objective criteria such as qualifications, relevant experience, competencies, role scope, responsibilities, organizational needs, and market alignment. We are looking for someone with:* A university degree in a relevant technical engineering discipline.
- More than five years of relevant industry experience within Drilling & Wells.
- Good knowledge of well construction and insight into production operations.
- Safety leadership skills and the ability to solve complex problems in an innovative and cost-effective way.
- Experience working with Well Integrity Management Systems (WIMS).
- Knowledge of well barrier management and integrity assurance principles.
- Understanding of offshore regulatory requirements and industry standards related to well integrity.
