Nighttime houseman for AC Hotel Bella Sky

12. august 2026 - 11. september 2026 We are looking for a Nighttime Houseman to join our team and help keep the hotel clean, welcoming, and ready for our guests.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and has a good eye for detail.

The Role

As a Nighttime Houseman, you will be responsible for giving the hotel's public areas that extra level of cleaning and care. Your work will help ensure that the hotel looks fresh, clean, and welcoming when our guests begin their day

Your responsibilities will include:

• Detailed cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, corridors, elevators, and public bathrooms
• Cleaning and maintaining the personnel canteen and other staff areas
• Preparing the hotel for the morning by making sure public areas are clean, fresh, bright, and presentable
• Helping guests with different requests as a night runner, including bringing items to guest rooms
• Assisting with minor practical or technical issues when possible
• Taking care of other cleaning and practical tasks that help keep the hotel looking its best

Working as a Team

Although you will work independently during your shift, you are an important part of the Houseman team.

Our Houseman team works across three different shifts, so good communication and cooperation between shifts is very important. We also work closely with other departments in the hotel. We all have the same goal: to give our guests the best possible experience.

Working Hours

The working hours are approximately 22:00–06:00. The position averages 25 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours.

We schedule according to the collective agreement, ensuring that all applicable rules regarding pay, working hours, holidays, and other employment conditions are followed.
