Due to an exciting internal career move within Bellagroup, our current F&B Director has accepted a new opportunity within the organization. We are therefore looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Director to lead and further develop our Food & Beverage operation.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our kitchens, restaurants, bar and lounge, banqueting, events, and meetings. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded leader to build on a strong foundation and further develop our F&B outlets, guest experiences, and business performance.

Your Role

As F&B Director, you will lead and develop managers and teams across all Food & Beverage operations, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and service excellence. You will be responsible for the department’s financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, profitability, and cost management, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Hotel Leadership to identify new opportunities and drive results.

You will also ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets by maintaining high standards of service, product quality, food safety, and operational excellence. With a visible and hands-on leadership style, you will continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest journey and further strengthen the operation.

You are an experienced hospitality leader with a strong track record of managing complex Food & Beverage operations and developing high-performing teams. You combine commercial understanding with operational excellence and know how to create results through people. Most importantly, you are a visible and inspiring leader who is passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
