Drive experimentation that improves customer experiences
As our new Marketing Analytics Specialist, Experimentation & Testing, you will play a key role in building a data-driven culture around testing, optimisation and customer engagement. Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Data & Analytics, IT and local market teams, you will help translate business questions into measurable experiments and actionable insights.
You will join the Customer Engagement & Loyalty organisation and collaborate with colleagues across markets and functions. The team combines curiosity, collaboration and a genuine willingness to learn from one another while continuously improving how we engage with our customers worldwide.
More specifically, you will:
- Drive reporting on the commercial impact of WEB, CRM and cross channel personalisation initiatives, tracking incremental revenue performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Conduct analyses of A/B tests across WEB, Email and SMS channels, translating findings into recommendations that improve performance, scalability and customer experience.
- Build and maintain revenue forecasting models, providing insights that support business planning, prioritisation and investment decisions.
- Identify optimisation opportunities through analysis of customer, campaign and behavioural data, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Help evolve and standardise value measurement frameworks to ensure consistent and accurate tracking of incremental revenue across digital customer engagement initiatives.
You combine analytical rigour with commercial curiosity
You have experience using data to answer meaningful business questions and are motivated by turning insights into actions that create measurable business impact. You are comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and know how to balance attention to detail with a practical approach to delivery.
You thrive at the intersection of data, experimentation and commercial impact and are motivated by turning insights into actions in a global environment.
We imagine that you are having some years in relevant roles and thereby is bringing:
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience within analytics, experimentation, optimisation or a related field, with a proven track record of translating data into business insights and recommendations.
- Hands-on experience independently analysing A/B tests, performance data and commercial results, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and visualisation tools.
- The ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional proficiency in English.
