Your impact

As Head of M&A and Corporate Development, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to identify, assess and execute the opportunities that can create long-term value for Enity. This is a newly established executive role with direct impact on the strategic direction of a listed Nordic bank.

We are looking for a senior, commercially minded leader with a strong transaction toolkit and the ability to turn strategy into tangible business outcomes.

Relevant background may include:

• Investment banking, M&A, private equity or corporate development
• Strategy consulting combined with hands-on operational experience
• Senior roles within financial services, preferably banking or lending

We believe you have:

• A relevant academic degree, for example within finance, economics, business administration, engineering or similar
• Proven experience of leading and executing M&A transactions or strategic growth initiatives
• Strong financial acumen, including valuation, business cases and capital allocation
• A track record of driving profitable growth in a data-driven, performance-focused environment
• Experience from regulated financial services, ideally banking
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and move seamlessly from analysis to execution

You combine commercial curiosity with financial sharpness, high integrity and the credibility to engage with the CEO, Board, external advisors and cross-functional teams. You simplify complexity, create momentum and take ownership from strategic idea to delivered result.

For this position, we offer a monthly salary starting at SEK 130.000. However, we recognize that experience and unique expertise matter, so there is flexibility to offer a higher salary for the right candidate.
