Do you want to shape Falck’s global platform capabilities across our Digital Workplace, Asset Lifecycle & ITSM Platform?
Can you lead through leaders, drive strategic technology decisions, and support digital transformation in a global healthcare company? Then this could be the role for you.
About the job
We are looking for a Director, Digital Workplace & Service Platforms to join our CTO area within Digital Employee Experience.
In this global role, you will be responsible for the enterprise platform capabilities that enable digital delivery across digital workplace (end user computing), asset lifecycle management (hardware and software asset management), and the ITSM platform (ServiceNow maintenance and development). You will lead a team of 15 internal FTEs and an outsourcing partner, who together deliver the services, and work closely with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity.
As Digital Workplace & Service Platforms Leader, you will build and lead product-aligned platform teams that replace siloed infrastructure with clear ownership, accountability, and prioritisation. You will strengthen Falck's digital infrastructure and work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user-centric platform solutions that support business goals and give Falck a competitive edge in the healthcare industry, ultimately enabling better healthcare outcomes worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Own and develop enterprise platform capabilities across digital workplace, asset lifecycle, and the ITSM platform.
- Build and lead product-aligned platform teams with clear ownership and accountability.
- Support strategic and portfolio decisions together with executive stakeholders.
- Drive transformation initiatives such as modern device management, IT asset optimisation, and ServiceNow platform evolution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and security requirements.
- Contribute to the development of strategy, organisation, and ways of working within the platform area.
In addition you will represent Falck externally through executive roundtables, industry advisory boards, and speaking engagements at major technology and service management conferences.
About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital workplace, asset management, or IT service management teams.
- Strong knowledge of end user computing, hardware and software asset management, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Experience driving modern device management, IT asset lifecycle optimisation, and ServiceNow platform development.
- The ability to connect strategic business priorities with technology decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working at senior level.
- Experience working across international and distributed teams.
- Good financial understanding and experience with budgets and cost management.
- A relevant degree and ideally certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow, or IT asset management is preferable.
- Fluency in English.
