About the Opportunity

A fast-growing DTC health & wellness eCommerce company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to bring structure, improve processes, and help scale the business.

This is a high-ownership, generalist operations role for someone who can work across teams, identify problems, build solutions, and keep the business organized as it grows.

What You’ll Do

• Own and improve day-to-day business operations.
• Build, document, and implement SOPs and workflows.
• Create processes and documentation in Notion.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, 3PL, fulfillment, and Customer Service.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and priorities.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and employee onboarding.
• Ensure employees have the systems and access needed to perform their roles.
• Provide operational reporting to executives.
• Build structure and accountability across departments.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years managing operations for a DTC/eCommerce brand.
• Proven experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational systems.
• Strong eCommerce management experience.
• Highly organized with excellent project and process management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver who works well independently.
• Strong ownership mentality—you identify problems and solve them.
• Able to commit exclusively to the company.

Strong Plus

Experience working inside a scaled DTC brand across multiple functions, including operations, project management, hiring, customer service, fulfillment, supply chain, and reporting.

Previous ownership or management of a direct-response eCommerce brand generating approximately $2M–$5M+ per month, particularly in the supplement space, is highly relevant.
