They are seeking an experienced AI Adoption Lead to join their team in Krakow on a contract basis. This role offers you the opportunity to shape how an entire organisation embraces and implements emerging technologies, making a tangible impact on digital capability and business performance.
Position Overview
As the AI Adoption Lead, you will own the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide technology awareness, adoption and capability development programs. This role sits at the intersection of learning, technology and organisational change. You will ensure employees across the business understand and effectively use AI and emerging technologies, while simultaneously building the Information Systems organisation's capability to support future technology demands. Your work will directly influence how successfully the company adopts AI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud services, automation and other critical technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute company-wide AI and technology awareness programs
- Organise webinars, workshops, expert sessions and technology showcases
- Create and distribute educational materials, newsletters and learning guides
- Promote adoption of AI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud services and cybersecurity solutions
- Assess current and future technology skill requirements across the IS organisation
- Perform skills-gap and training-needs analyses
- Build annual learning roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities
- Coordinate internal learning opportunities and external training programs
- Drive professional certifications and career development initiatives
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and learning providers
- Coordinate vendor-led training sessions and certification programs
- Leverage vendor partnerships to maximise learning value and minimise costs
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in technology adoption, learning and development, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies
- Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide awareness and training programs
- Experience conducting skills-gap analyses and building learning roadmaps
- Demonstrated capability in vendor and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials
- Experience organising workshops, webinars and learning events
- Understanding of AI, cloud services, automation, cybersecurity and digital workplace solutions
- Strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills
