Crew Manager Offshore

Wagenborg Crew Management is looking for a Crew Manager Offshore. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supporting offshore personnel for a dedicated group of clients and projects. You are the link between offshore professionals, clients and colleagues, ensuring that crew changes are carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with international regulations.

You will work in an international environment where no days are the same. As you will be in daily contact with offshore personnel, clients and business partners from around the world, English is the primary working language.

What will you do?

As a Crew Manager Offshore, you will manage your own dedicated pool of offshore personnel. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing short- and long-term crew planning.
• Coordinating crew changes for offshore projects and vessels.
• Arranging travel, flights, accommodation and local transportation.
• Verifying certificates, medical examinations, visas and other required documentation.
• Supporting offshore personnel with operational and personnel-related matters.
• Maintaining close contact with clients, offshore personnel and international partners.
• Visiting vessels or offshore projects when required.
• Participating in a shared on-call rotation outside office hours.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level, preferably in a commercial, business, logistics, maritime or related field.
• Experience in an operational planning role, preferably within the offshore, maritime or another international operational environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• A valid Category B driving licence.
