Role: Supply Chain Intern

Location: Amsterdam (Office-based possibilities of 1 home-office day per week)

Duration: At least 6 months

Start Date: September/October

Key Responsibilities:

Support Destination Managers:

• Assist with building and maintaining strong relationships with local transfer companies.
• Collaborate on improving service quality and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Help manage a portfolio of destinations by supporting coverage and capacity planning.

Operational Analytics:

• Analyze daily operations data, including ride volumes, quality performance, and pricing configurations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support process improvement initiatives.

Quality Management:

• Collaborate with the team to track and improve customer satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Work on measures to elevate the quality of transfer services.

✍️ Newsletter:

• Write the communications to our local transfer companies for them to be aware of Transferz’s changes

Qualifications:

Studying Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent studies

Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Randstad, Utrecht area)

A problem-solving, get-things-done attitude

Data analysis experience is a plus

Available full-time (40 hours a week)
