How you’ll make a positive impact

Take ownership of the full commercial contract lifecycle – from preparation and approval through signature, implementation, renewal, and ongoing compliance across AMW.
Coordinate the review, negotiation, and execution of CDAs, MSAs/LSAs, term sheets, deal sheets, and other commercial agreements in close collaboration with key stakeholders across teams and departments.
Ensure efficient contract administration by coordinating internal approvals, signature processes, document filing, and the central contract register with accuracy and transparency.
Stay ahead of key obligations, milestones, pricing, territories, renewals, and contractual triggers – and become the trusted point of contact for contract-related questions.
Connect commercial opportunities with successful launches by maintaining reliable CRM and contract data, translating contract terms into operational requirements, and aligning teams and systems across the business.
Turn contract data into actionable insights for forecasting, budgeting, onboarding, and leadership reporting, while continuously improving templates, workflows, compliance controls, and knowledge management. Your recipe for success

Ideally a degree in business administration, international business, business law, commercial law, or a related field
Multiple (3+) years' experience in commercial operations, contract management or a related sector
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documents, versions, and workflows in a structured way
Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders (e.g. legal, supply chain and finance)
Fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly; additional German skills are an advantage In return, we offer smart benefits
