At Tarkett, we are looking for a Digital & Communications Specialist to support the execution of key digital communication initiatives across our EMEA Commercial & Carpet BU Flooring business. Your role

As Digital & Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital communication activities related to product launches, campaigns, website content, social media, and digital engagement. You will work closely with communication specialists, category managers, sales teams, and external partners to ensure consistent and effective customer experience across all digital channels. You will work for 50% for the Carpet BU and 50% for the Commercial BU.

Key responsibilities

Product Launches & Campaigns

• Manage and coordinate the digital execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and optimize website content, including SEO-focused landing pages.
• Create and maintain HubSpot email templates aligned with brand and campaign guidelines.
• Collaborate with communication specialists to ensure consistent messaging and timing across all channels.

Social Media Management

• Build and manage social media support packages for campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate content planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
• Analyze channel performance and provide recommendations based on insights and data.

AI & Visual Content Creation

• Support the creation of AI-generated images and moving visuals for campaigns and product launches.
• Assist with basic video editing and content production when required.
• Explore and apply new digital communication and AI trends to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

What you bring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in digital communications, Business Communication, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in digital communications.
• Experience working in an international or matrix organization is considered a plus.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with CMS platforms, HubSpot, Canva, AI image and video generation tools, and video editing software such as CapCut.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
