Global Financial Systems Lead Supply Chain Finance and Fixed Assets

We areseeking aGlobal Financial Systems Lead Supply Chain Finance and Fixed Assetsto join our MGS Finance Enablement Group. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive digital transformation by designing andoptimizing global financial systems in line with Global Standard processes. You will lead, coach, and inspire a remote team of regional functional experts, manage continuous improvements, and act as the key liaison between finance operations, business units, and digital technology partners.
Whatwill be your key responsibilities?
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a global team of 7-8 functional experts across multiple geographies, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Assist regional Functional Experts in developing and sustaining the global Key User community.
- Design andoptimize financial systems (SAP FICO) for key sub-processes, including Product Costing, Fixed Assets, and Inventory.
- Support functional experts in troubleshooting complex, cross-regional techno-functional issues.
- Initiate regional and global continuous improvements, deploying MGS Finance technical enablers and new functionalities.
- Partner with the Business Improvement Group, GPOs, Automation, and Continuous Improvement Teams to enable efficient operations.
- Liaise with Digital Technology peers, Operational Leaders, and the COE Team (in Mars IS) on system upgrades and business changes.
- Plan and coordinate system testing and configuration for new businessunits, and support segment scope expansions.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CIMA certification is highly desired).
- A minimum of 10 years of finance experience, with a strong background in Finance.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in remote, cross-border, and multicultural team management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO (SAP Certification is highly desired) and experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Project Management or Process Management Certification (such as PMP, Agile, etc.) is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, automation, and cross-functional business process change management.
- Solid business analysis and integration experience, with preferred knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Understanding ongoing system governance, maintenance, and operational (BAU) support.
- Experience inproduct costing and fixed assetsrequired.
- Experience managing projects/operations on a global or regional scale.
- Experience working on system implementation projects (or participation in end-to-end rollouts) and a solid understanding of the project lifecycle.
