- Partner closely with Recruiters and Recruitment Partners to understand hiring requirements, priorities and candidate profiles across multiple graduate and trainee vacancies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future early-careers hiring needs.
- Support university outreach and talent engagement activities, helping strengthen awareness of opportunities and build relationships with relevant graduate talent communities.
- Support internal mobility and employee rotation initiatives where required, helping identify and engage suitable internal talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing information within recruitment systems and ensure a high standard of data quality and process compliance.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, application volumes and relevant talent insights to the wider recruitment team.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates receive professional and timely communication throughout the sourcing and screening stages.
