As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
Discover the Role Part of a team of HRP Global Delivery team, the purpose of this role is to ensure accurate review and processing of Client global payroll.
Taking on independent working, this role will perform a variety of coordination, control and validation activities for various size locations. This role will work with other teams including Client Service Manager and local offices.
In this role, you will be required to work from the TMF Katowice office once per quarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing coordination to small-size and medium-size locations under minimum supervision, and to large size locations under close supervision
- Monthly payroll results reporting to the Client in accordance with the agreement
- Verification and consolidation of payroll data provided by the Client
- Timely delivery of payroll data to/from local offices
- Validation of local payroll results in terms of data variances and input data consideration in payroll run: month to month comparison, analyzing of variances above agreed thresholds, preparing explanation to the Client and/or seeking additional confirmation with the local office
- Regular communication with the Client in case of any issues with a monthly payroll data
- Standard communication with local offices with regards to monthly calendar, deadlines and data process
- Liaising with local teams regarding employees’ queries and validation of answers given before sharing with the Client
- Coordination of monthly payments process (including preparation of banking payment file for banking system upload) and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Timely local payslips verification and delivery for split process to GBS
- Maintenance of number of headcount/payslips and reporting for the global invoicing process, assistance to the Invoicing team in case of any issues with the local invoices (Billing Templates),
- Identifying out-of-scope service, coordination of Change Request Notes (CRN) process in the region
- Accumulating knowledge and understanding payroll rules of payrolls coordinated in the region
- Managing ad-hoc data collection requests: collect various data from local offices as per the Client’s ad-hoc requests, validate the content and consolidate into consistent format before sharing with the Client
- Providing internal trainings, sharing knowledge and supporting other members of the team
- Working in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work.
- Consulting with senior colleagues difficult and non-standard payroll issues
- Being proactive and using initiative to clarify issues, identify savings and efficiencies
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Key Requirements
- Master degree (preferred fields: economy, management, law, mathematics, econometrics)
- At least 3 years of previous experience in global or local payroll area
- Hands-on experience with payroll/HR software
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office: especially MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word
- Developed communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions and synthesize information
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
- Relationship-building capability with both clients and internal teams
