- A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.
- SDRs don’t focus on closing business, but connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they’re good customer fits.
- SDRs move leads through the sales pipeline. They connect and learn about their businesses and needs. If a prospect is a good fit, SDRs schedule next steps with the relevant sales reps in the organization.
- This role has responsibility for uncovering and creating opportunities within existing clients and new prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels, for the German market
- Uncover potential opportunities across the customer lifecycle (new business, upsell/cross-sell) for the sales organization
- Partner closely with account executives and marketing to develop and implement outreach strategies for your leads
- Conduct qualifying calls with prospective buyers and create next steps including scheduling meetings for account executives for further qualification
- Progress in the program – you will have goals across performance as well as skill development set up for you to achieve your career progression from business development into sales or other departments

Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree
- +1 year of prior sales experience
- Evidence of continually exceeding targets
- Working knowledge and experience of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction markets is highly preferred, but not required
Qualifications:
- You are fluent German speaker AND fluent English speaker.
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for sales challenges.

On Target Earning pay range for this role:
Role Targeted Variable Pay Mix: 70% fixed + 30% variable
Minimum Annual On Target Earning : 40.000 euros
Maximum Annual On Target Earning: 50.000 euros
