Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)
Hi, I’m Fabian.
As CPO at Intact, I’m delighted you’re interested in joining our team.
Intact is the world’s leading software provider for the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of our product.
We are turning Intact from a highly configurable legacy system into a modern, coherent platform for the entire audit, certification and standards ecosystem. This is not a cosmetic redesign: we are rethinking how people get complex work done, modernizing domain by domain and building intelligence into workflows where it creates real value.
You will own a significant product area end to end, whether a customer-facing domain or a cross-domain experience. Your job is to understand the problems that matter, make clear product choices and lead a multidisciplinary squad toward measurable customer and business outcomes. You’ll work directly with customers, Product Design, Engineering, Data & AI and commercial teams, and with colleagues around the world, to build software people choose to use and customers are willing to pay for.
Sounds exciting? We’d love to hear from you.
Are you ready?
- Own the direction, priorities and outcomes of a significant product area, from discovery through launch, adoption and continuous improvement
- Build a deep understanding of users, buyers and workflows through customer conversations, product data and market evidence
- Translate Intact’s product strategy into clear objectives and an outcome-oriented roadmap
- Lead continuous discovery with Product Design and Engineering, testing the riskiest assumptions before committing substantial effort
- Make deliberate scope, sequencing and trade-off decisions, and challenge feature requests or historical complexity that don’t serve a repeatable customer need
- Shape positioning, packaging, monetization and go-to-market plans with Product Marketing and commercial teams
- Define success measures, monitor adoption and use evidence to decide what to improve, expand or stop
- Identify where data and AI can remove work, improve decisions or create differentiated customer value
- Coordinate dependencies across squads and communicate decisions, assumptions and changes clearly, so your area contributes to one coherent Intact experience
- Help customers move from legacy workflows into a simpler, more intelligent and modern product
Are you the ONE?
- Degree in Business, Technology, Design, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, enterprise software or workflow products
- Proven track record of owning a meaningful product area from discovery and strategy through launch and learning
- Strong record of uncovering underlying customer needs and making tough prioritization decisions based on evidence
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary squad with Design, Engineering and QA, and bringing capabilities to market with Marketing, Sales or Customer Success
- Working knowledge of SaaS monetization, pricing and packaging, and of using qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions
- Ideally, experience with legacy modernization, AI in workflows, or regulated industries such as audit, certification or compliance
- Strong product judgment, systems thinking and the confidence to decide under uncertainty
- Direct, collaborative communicator who can influence without formal authority and makes reasoning and risks visible
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
Why US?
- Shape one of the most important product transformations in the TIC software industry, building a new platform rather than maintaining an old one
- Own meaningful customer and business outcomes, not just a backlog
- International environment with purpose: we help safeguard quality, safety and sustainability worldwide
- Flexible work models with a 100% remote work option
- Lebring office perks: food vouchers, free parking, easy access to public transport
- We not just enable personal development but encourage it – Your growth is our gain
- Fair compensation: from € 64,554 gross/year (full-time), with overpayment up to € 85,000 depending on seniority and experience
- Start: ASAP
