Salary: €1,600–€2,000 per month

About the Role

Finest Rentals Marbella is looking for a friendly, professional and highly organised Guest Relations & Check-In/Check-Out Executive to join our team.

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience from arrival through to departure. You will be the main point of contact for guests during their stay, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to requests and resolving any issues that may arise.

The role involves working across Marbella and the surrounding areas, so flexibility and the ability to travel between properties are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out guest check-ins and check-outs at rental properties.
• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional introduction to the property.
• Act as a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests and concerns.
• Resolve problems efficiently and find practical solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay.
• Coordinate with the wider team to ensure properties are prepared for guest arrivals.
• Report and follow up on any maintenance, property or guest-related issues.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent Finest Rentals Marbella professionally at all times.

About You - We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and naturally customer-focused.
• Professional, reliable and well organised.
• Confident communicating with guests from different backgrounds.
• Calm and capable when dealing with problems or unexpected situations.
• Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Comfortable travelling between properties in Marbella and surrounding areas.
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Presentable and confident in a guest-facing role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are an advantage.
• A valid driving licence is essential and access to a vehicle would be highly desirable but not essential.
