And now Burgermeister is coming to Copenhagen!

For the opening of our new store, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Shift Leader (m/f/d) who wants to take responsibility, lead a team and bring the real Burgermeister experience to Copenhagen – with energy, great food and a smile for our guests.

Job requirements

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You make sure our guests have a great experience – through your team and through your own hands-on approach.
• During your shift, you take responsibility for smooth operations, team atmosphere and performance on the floor.
• You lead and support the team during busy service periods and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
• You handle the cash reconciliation at the end of your shift carefully and reliably.
• You communicate clearly with your team and your managers to ensure everyone is aligned.
• You ensure that our high standards for quality, hygiene and safety are followed.
• You keep an eye on the details and act proactively whenever something does not meet our standards.
• You help train and develop team members and contribute to building a strong team for our new Copenhagen location.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in gastronomy, hospitality or QSR/system gastronomy – ideally with previous leadership responsibility.
• Strong team spirit, a sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to stay calm, organized and decisive in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on mentality – you are not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
• A good eye for detail and a strong understanding of quality and service.
• Good English communication skills; Danish is a plus.
• A positive attitude and the ambition to grow with a fast-expanding company.
